Course: S/4HANA Configurable Parameters & Formulas in Sales order

In this course, you will see a quick demo of theflexibility to control the number range for sales documents in S/4HANA using CPF functionality. The standard Sales Order type “OR” is pre-delivered by SAP, and there is also a standard Number Range assigned to the standard order type “OR”. However some customers want to differentiate the sales order numbering according to certain criteria, e.g., different numbering prefixes should be determined based on a different country, sales area, order reason, etc. In this example, we show you the steps of using CPF to determine different numbering prefixes per Country code for e.g., DE(Germany),IT(Italy),ES (Spain),etc.
