Course: CRM Marketing Resource Management

This course provides an introduction to the business process of CRM Marketing Resource Management in CRM 7.0 with integration to SAP ECC and SAP BI. We will focus on the solution overview and the business process in CRM 7.0, which will be very similar to SAP C/4, CX. This process is used by major businesses to plan internal marketing activities, manage the budgets, carry out procurement activities and follow-up on actuals spent.
